mhII Security provide security protection across Essex, Suffolk and London.  We can be contacted via the website, via email, info@mhiisecurity.co.uk or  via the telephone, 07802710728.  We process “personal data” and/or “special category data” as defined in UK data protection legislation, and all processing is part of the contracted services, and/or our administration.  We are acutely aware of the importance of confidentiality.  Data may be processed on paper and/or in electronic formats.  When processed electronically, data may be held on a cloud based system and/or on a local server.  Regardless of how data are processed, all feasible security measures are in place.  Data are held as long as they are relevant to the purpose for collection and/or if there is a statutory retention period.  All data are destroyed by secure means when no longer required.

Data may be shared with third parties as part of our contracted services and/or if we are required by law to do so.  We cannot accept any liability for any processing conducted by a third party outside our remit.

As part of compliance, we have conducted a cookie audit on our website.  Cookies are internet files used by the system to view websites and their content. Our website does not utilise any non-essential cookies.
